He did an excellent job of reading the crowd too, so the dancefloor was packed all night! He also checked in to make sure a highly requested (but potentially offensive) song was okay to play, and took the initiative to take care of venue staff who were going to pester me (the bride) about shutting it down before the negotiated time.
